Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and SYSTEMCOG ENTERPRISE ("we", "us", "our"), of No 2 Eva Street, Urora, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria, the operator of ExamPadi. By downloading the app, creating an account or subscribing, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use ExamPadi.

1. What ExamPadi is

ExamPadi is an exam-practice app for Nigerian JAMB and WAEC candidates. It provides past questions, mock CBT exams, marking and explanations, AI theory grading, an AI tutor, performance analytics, study plans and offline practice.

ExamPadi is a study aid. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of JAMB, WAEC or any examination body, and we do not guarantee any particular exam score or admission outcome. Questions and answers are compiled and reviewed with care, but we do not warrant that every item is free of error — always cross-check with your syllabus and teachers.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with your phone number and a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS.
  • Keep your phone and OTP codes private. You are responsible for everything done on your account.
  • Give accurate details during setup. Wrong exam type or subjects will give you the wrong practice content.
  • An account is for one person. Sharing an account, reselling access, or using automated tools to pull questions out of the app is not allowed.
  • If you are under 18, use ExamPadi with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Free trial

New accounts get a free 3-day trial with full access. No card details are required to start it. When the trial ends, access to paid content stops until you subscribe. The trial is one per person; creating extra accounts to repeat it is a breach of these terms.

4. Subscription and payment

  • The ExamPadi plan is ₦8,000 per year, giving full access for 365 days from the date payment is confirmed.
  • Payments are processed by Paystack. You may pay by card, bank transfer or USSD. We never see or store your card details.
  • This is a one-off payment for a fixed term, not an auto-renewing subscription. Nothing is charged automatically when the year ends — access simply expires until you choose to renew.
  • Valid vouchers may be redeemed for access. A voucher can be used once, cannot be exchanged for cash, and stops working after its expiry date.
  • Prices may change. A change never affects a term you have already paid for; it applies only to renewals and new subscriptions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, republish or resell ExamPadi questions, explanations or other content;
  • share your login or let others practise on your subscription;
  • attempt to bypass payment, tamper with the app, or access our servers or other users' data without authorisation;
  • upload unlawful, abusive or harmful content through the AI tutor or support channels;
  • use the AI tutor to cheat in a live examination or to obtain answers to an exam in progress;
  • use ExamPadi in any way that breaks Nigerian law.

6. AI features

AI theory grading and the AI tutor are generated by an automated model and can be wrong. Grades are an estimate of how an examiner might mark your answer, not an official mark, and tutor explanations should be checked against your textbooks. Fair-use limits apply to AI features so that the service stays available to everyone; we may cap the number of AI requests per day.

7. Content and intellectual property

The ExamPadi app, brand, design, question bank, explanations and study materials belong to SYSTEMCOG ENTERPRISE or our licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for your own exam preparation. Past examination questions remain the property of the relevant examination bodies. Anything you write — your answers and tutor messages — remains yours; you grant us permission to process it in order to provide the service.

8. Availability

We aim to keep ExamPadi available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may take the service down for maintenance or updates. Question packs you have already downloaded stay usable offline during planned maintenance.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms — for example, account sharing, content scraping, payment fraud or abuse of staff. Where a closure is our decision and you have not breached these terms, we will refund the unused portion of your subscription. You may stop using ExamPadi at any time and request deletion of your account at support@systemcog.cc.

10. Liability

ExamPadi is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, we are not liable for exam results, missed admission, lost study time, or indirect or consequential loss. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above shows the current version, and we will notify you in the app before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use ExamPadi after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Edo State have jurisdiction over any dispute. We would much rather sort things out directly — please contact us first.
